My Progress Got Reset

Your progress likely did not get reset. What likely happened is that at some point during an uninstall/reinstall of the game, and/or using a new device to play Golf Blitz, you got signed out of your account, and instead of pressing "Restore" on the load up screen, you created a brand new account. The game then starts you from the tutorial, and you'll have created a brand new level 1 account. If you did not secure your account, this is more likely to be what happened. If you did secure your account, follow the steps below on how to recover your Golf Blitz account:


If you used the email account backup option in the settings, then all you'll have to do is go to settings (the little gear symbol on main menu) and click "restore account". You can then input the password listed on the email we sent you back when you first secured your account. If you did not secure your account, we can still retrieve your account. We will just need your preferred email address, username, location, level, device used, team name (if you were on a team), and roughly when you first signed up for the game. We can then send you a backup email with a password, and you can input this in to the "restore account" option in settings.
