At the current time Chameleon Run does not include cloud save functionality. Although, it is a feature we're considering adding in a future update.
If you're playing the game on Android, you might be able to find a third party tool to transfer the game save data between devices manually. If you're playing on iOS unfortunately there isn't a method to transfer save game files.
