Sorry to hear you’re having issues with Death Road to Canada saved game data. Unfortunately, I don't have any way to access the former saved games on your device. Although DRTC has cloud save functionality Google doesn’t give us any tools for manually rolling back the save to an older date.
Please ensure you’ve tried these general troubleshooting steps: General Troubleshooting
If you have access to your saved game on another device you can try to prompt the game to create a new cloud save by playing for a bit on the secondary device (while logged into your Google Play Account). Then wait a few minutes and load up DRTC on your primary device. The game should pull down the cloud save, if it exists, fairly soon after launch.
In some very rare circumstances, your local save data can get corrupted and lost. This can happen if you play the game until your device dies, if you uninstall/reinstall the game, from updating the Android operating system and some other strange system-specific circumstances. Although we’ve had some users report this problem in the past, we’ve been unable to diagnose the problem since it’s very uncommon and we’ve been unable to get the problem to be reproducible in our office.
You might notice that the Google Play Games achievements are still unlocked and visible to you. This is unrelated to the save game file, Google handles the achievements separately and in a permanent, write-only manner.
If none of the suggestions here work for you, it, unfortunately, means your save game data is likely lost. We’re really sorry that you experienced this problem, we’re gamers too and we know how frustrating it is to lose your save game.
