We're sorry to hear that you've been having some issues with your Golf Blitz purchases.
Unfortunately, Apple keeps all purchase history behind the player ID wall they have. This means we can only confirm purchases Apple sends to our servers after your purchase confirmation.
If you have been charged by Apple for a purchase, but not received it, we can investigate.
Please e-mail us explaining your issue along with a copy of your Apple receipt as well as your Golf Blitz account information to support+blitz@noodlecake.com. You can also submit a support ticket on the Golf Blitz Discord server in the #support-tickets channel.
Apple will have sent you an email receipt for that purchase (or combined it into a multi-purchase receipt depending on your purchase frequency). We can use this to track down the missing item. Please note that it must be the actual receipt, and not your purchase history.
If you would rather request a refund, you will need to contact Apple directly, as we are unable to offer refunds via Apple purchases.
