Can't Install Game After Payment Cancellations

Looks like there were some issues from Google in processing your payment initially but ultimately it looks like it succeeded. In cases like this the most common solution is to wait a day or two and then check the play store again to see if the green "Install" button appears.

If you find that after a few days you still aren't able to install the game, then you should contact Google Play Support for help with the issue.
