Here are the steps you will need to take in order to retrieve logs regarding an issue on your device should one of our support staff ask for it:
1. Enable "Developer Options", if not previously enabled. https://developer.android.com/studio/debug/dev-options
2. Take note of the time, then run the game up to the moment of the appearance of the bug.
3. Under "Settings" > "System" > "Developer Options", you should see an option called "Bug Report". If you can capture and send the Full Report that is probably better, but the Interactive Report will also be incredibly useful.
4. Wait for the report to compile, and then send it via e-mail to our support line.
